Forums and Content

The statements made by users of the Website are the sole opinions of the individuals choosing to share them and are not endorsed by J-FLEX PFT.

J-FLEX PFT shall not be liable for any claim of lost profits as a result of the content of the Website.

g. use any means of accessing the Website to collect or store personal data about other users without J-FLEX PFT written consent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold J-FLEX PFT harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website or your violation of the Agreement.

Termination

J-FLEX PFT in its sole discretion may terminate your use of the Website and will not be liable to you for any loss as a result of this termination.

Jurisdiction

This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

General

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any portion of this Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by J-FLEX PFT.
